Our English-taught programme gives international undergraduates the opportunity to benefit from the expertise of Solvay Business School. The business engineering programme was founded by Ernest Solvay in 1904 to train commercial engineers, so it has a long tradition in science, economics and technology. Trade Mission

In the Trade Mission course, as a VUB student, you represent a Belgian company or organisation abroad. Prior to this, you'll engage in convincing companies to sponsor your endeavor of conducting a business task across borders.

Internships

The International Business programme has connections with multinational companies such as Coca-Cola, IBM, Daikin, BNP Paribas, KPMG and PwC. Additionally, students can apply for internships at the European Commission and the European Parliament – both in Brussels. Such international experience can boost your CV, VUB allows (and even encourages!) international internships.

International Business Project

You will have the opportunity to participate in practical projects abroad, ranging from 6 weeks to 3 months. These projects could include international advisory/consultancy projects with students from other universities, as well as international team assignments supporting entrepreneurs or projects abroad.
