Why donate through a fundraising?

Increasingly, people are asking not to give flowers or gifts on special occasions, but to make a donation to a charity instead. Perhaps you would like to help support VUB to mark a special occasion or celebration? That way, you support a project that is close to your heart. Additionally, afterwards you know how much your campaign yielded and can thank the donors personally.

Your tax benefit

You do not receive a tax certificate for a financial contribution to the VUB through a fundraising. Individuals receive a tax certificate for a financial contribution that does not come from a collection campaign from € 40.
