Is Gerontological Science for you?
Want to know if you are suited to the research master in Gerontological Science programme? See the information and activities below to find out.
What does this programme involve?
With this Research Master in Gerontological Sciences you will gain a better understanding of the ageing processes and the development of bio-psycho-social strategies, preparing you to help avoid (unnecessary) accelerated ageing. It is the way forward to an evidence-based promotion of healthy ageing and to protect our society from unproven 'anti-ageing' remedies. Will you join us in this important mission?
Same programme in Dutch?
Unlike the Master of Science in Management, Zorg en Beleid in de Gerontologie, this English-taught Research Master in Gerontological Sciences focuses strongly on the scientific research of ageing, preparing participants for a further academic career, such as a PhD. This study programme format is not suitable for combination with employment.
