In the context of global change, water quality faces considerable challenges, posing threats to the environment, ecosystem services, economic sectors, and overall global well-being The AXA Chair "Water Quality and Global Change" led by Prof. Dr. Ann Van Griensven explores the profound connection between global change and water quality. The primary objective of this project is to enhance water management in the face of global change through the development of models of water quality data, designed to inform decision-making and the support the formulation of comprehensive water policy initiatives.

Special guest: Mr. Pierre Kompany, Founder of the Foundation Pierre Kompany.
