Fuckup nights?

Fuckup Nights is a global movement active in over 300 cities and 90 countries, dedicated to sharing stories of failure. Openly admitting mistakes—whether to colleagues, managers, or strangers—isn’t always easy. People often fear criticism, blame, or even professional consequences. Yet, when we create spaces that encourage vulnerability, people feel empowered to share bold ideas, take risks, and learn from one another. This openness unleashes team potential, fosters innovation, and, ultimately, helps organizations become more agile and strategic. Oh, and it also leads to happier, more fulfilled individuals.
