Practical
The Summer Training Academy uniquely combines law and practice: All participants will (a) attend seminars on EU cybersecurity law and policy, and (b) attend cybersecurity IT workshops given by international experts in the respective fields.
The Training Academy will therefore cover both practical and theoretical current parts of cybersecurity law and practice. Topics will, indicatively, include:
Cybersecurity Law
- EU cybersecurity laws (NIS2 Directive, Cybersecurity Act, Cyber Resilience Act);
- The relationship between cybersecurity and other EU legislation on digital technologies (AI Act, DMA, DSA);
- The relationship between EU cybersecurity law and EU data protection law;
Cybersecurity practice
- Network security;
- DNS & DNS attacks
- Firewalls
