Train the trainer

For some years now, medical faculty in Belgium are legally required to follow yearly training sessions on on the job evaluation and feedback. Medical supervisors are also advised to follow regular training on supervising workplace learning.

For this reason, the Train the Trainer for Medical Specialists was established in 2016: a collaboration between the Master of Specialist Medicine at the VUB and the UZ Brussel.
