Thursday: 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 4 PM

Please note! The faculty secretariat closes exceptionally earlier on Tuesday, January 7 (at 11am).
During the end-of-year period our faculty secretariat will be closed from Friday 20 December 2024 to Friday 3 January 2025. We will also be unavailable by phone and digitally. From Monday 6 January 2025, we will return to normal opening hours.

You can also find us on the campus in Jette (room B.037). If you would like to pick up original documents (like a diploma), it's best to make an appointment by mailing to faclk@vub.be so we can make sure the documents are on the right campus.
