Working on well-being
Physical well-being support
At VUB, we help you stay healthy, energised and balanced. From GPs to sports activities, discover our range of services and activities designed to help you take good care of yourself.
Psychosocial well-being support
Stress, grief, conflicts, anxiety, addiction or external intimidation: some situations can be difficult to cope with and can affect how you feel, study or work with others. Discover the support VUB offers for psychosocial well-being and find the help that best suits your situation.
About You Are Not Alone
At VUB, you are not alone. With You Are Not Alone (YANA), VUB brings together its full range of psychosocial well-being support, so that every student and staff member can quickly find out where to turn, who can help and what to expect.
Our ambition: to make well-being the beating heart of VUB by 2030.
Safety and prevention
At VUB, the safety of our campuses and the entire VUB community comes first. That is why we have a range of support services and safety procedures in place. They help prevent incidents and emergencies and provide support if something does happen or if you have a general question or concern.
