Joachim - "Our IT department has heavily invested in a high-performing, secure, and stable network utilizing the latest technologies, such as software-defined networking, fiber optics, web application firewalls, among others. The data center on our campus has been completely renewed, and we are commencing the migration of ICT systems to a zero carbon emission data center in the Researchpark in Zellik. We not only leverage public cloud but also implement these technologies on-premise to securely provide data storage and computing power to our academics and researchers. Furthermore, there is a strong focus on data analytics, automation, and integrating AI tools into the daily operations of the IT departments. As you can see, plenty of challenges ahead!"
