Antonis Kalogeropoulos teaches and researches digital news audiences. More specifically he is focused on how people get their news online and how that affects the information environment and the diffusion of misinformation. His research topics include trust in news, inequalities in digital news provision and consumption, social media and messaging app use. In the Journanism & Media in Europe master, he co-teaches Political Economy of Journalism in the EU and supervises master theses on topics related to digital news use, misinformation and digital innovation in journalism.
